Who may use the app

You must be able to form a contract under the law of your country and must comply with Apple's age rules for the storefront. OF Mind Tease is a general-audience utility on iOS; it is not a medical device, legal advisor, or emergency service.

Operating rules

1. OF Mind Tease provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates.
2. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Feedback you send through the support page may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written deal says otherwise.
4. We may stop offering the app on a given platform if Apple or law requires it.
